Welcome to the 22nd annual Crystal Lake Gala Festival. The Crystal Lake Gala Festival was started 22 years ago by a group of Crystal Lake citizens that felt Crystal Lake needed a celebration for the Fourth of July.

The Gala Festival provides 4 days of entertainment, Thursday thru Sunday, including the best fireworks display and Parade in the McHenry County area. We also provide a Kid’s Fun Zone, the Taste of Crystal Lake, the Innagural Carl Wehde 5K Cancer Walk/Run and musical entertainment. The Gala Festival is a self-sustaining event which is eagerly awaited each year.
